It’s a new month which means a new setup and for September, I am sharing a pen and pencil bullet journal setup. I had a lot of fun with this theme. So much so, I uploaded a repeat pattern of pens and pencils into Society6 (you can check that out here). Otherwise, you can check out my YouTube video.

Setup Summary
The layouts I created this month are pretty much my standard layouts I’ve been using for the last few months; With one exception – a symptom and mood tracker. My intention is to use this to try and see patterns. I’ll be tracking headaches, heart burn, and muscle pain with emotions and moods to try and practice better self-care. There is a blank tracker for free download in the Blank to Brilliant Library that you can sign-up for.
This layout replaced my spending tracker as I’m planning on moving that into a different, budget-focused planner. (You can check out my previous setups for July and August to see what I’m taking about.) Sometimes I need to let ideas percolate for a while before committing full to them. Budgeting layouts is one of those ideas.

Thank you for reading/watching today. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you would like more information or more ideas for your own journal. I would love to share, and learn more myself.
