Here we are, getting ready for a mid year bullet journal setup 2023. I do a second setup every year for around August to December, and change up the layouts slightly. There are some small changes to my 2023 Bullet Journal Setup, but, for the most part, I have found a core group of layouts that work for me. I brought back the year in colour layout that I first created in 2022. because it was so fun! And then I did a combined book and course layout which I will talk more about down below. Things to consider for a Mid Year Bullet Journal Setup
Mid Year Bullet Journal Setups can be a little tricky – do you recreate the layouts and trackers from your other journal? Do you start from scratch and create new layouts? Basically, you can do what you need. I only carry over layouts that I completed in my previous journal. For this particular setup, I recreated by Blog/Video task list since it gets messy and full. My content ideas page fills up pretty quickly too. Also, by July, I’ve registered in a million new courses so I need to track them all! (I wish I was joking but I just keep learning!) I have also bought a ton of books too! So I felt the need to create a book tracker.
For mid year setups, my most favourite layout, as I mention above, is my year in colour layout! This one is so fun and looks so great when it is finished. It’s kind of like a mood tracker for me since, depending on my head space, I will work with a specific colour palette. This was definitely the case last year so I am excited to see how this year’s looks all on one page.
