Bullet Journal Planning: The Alastair Method

The Alastair Method

I wanted to throw up a quick Bullet Journal Planning video and post. My intention is to talk more about the Alastair Method. I have been using a variation of this method throughout January with plans to continue into February and beyond. First off, here is a link for the original method. In essence, its another way of putting together a future log. But with far more versatility and applications!

Here is my latest setup video. I included a portion of the setup slowed down to real time. Its important to note how slow I go when brush lettering. That is the key to consistent strokes.

I’m also sharing a second video with you. I shared this on my social media but in case you don’t follow me, here is the explanation of the Alastair Method.

I cannot express how much this method has boosted my productivity. Instead of rewriting tasks that I didn’t get done, I can just use the key to reschedule, migrate, or assign as an ongoing task.

For additional information, you can check out my January Bullet Journal Setup as well. I have more plans for additional applications for this method so make sure to stay posted!

As always, thank you so much for your time today. If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to reach out!
